Hi Lee, Spent a fun morning designing a press release for 2009. Would like to feature blurbs from as many publications as possible; can you list 4-5 publications (NY Times, Newsday, Guardian, etc so that I can look up articles and citations? Sidebars of release might feature products, historical fun facts, "chocolate of the week"? I'm using clip art from boutique website (wonderful!!) and NY TIMES chocolatier of the year award blurb as headers and image place holders. Tony and I are reviewing the fantastic new bar you gave me yesterday. WOW!! I'm still enjoying Chocolate Lady afterglow.
Lee is the most relaxed instructor who goes with the flow. She allows her classes to flow like her chocolate: accomodating her students' preferences and questions. Her results are outstanding and the taste-testing is marvelous. The receipes are provided and surprisingly accurate with tips for perfection. (Not like family relatives who leave out a key ingredient.)
My goal is to find Oyster Bay on my return to NJ after Labor Day and personally visit the Shop. 3 cheers for chocolate
Had my first visit to the Chocolate Lady yesterday. I didn't want to leave. The floor looks like marbled chocolate. The smell is intoxicating. The screen door slams just right and everything I tasted was delicious! There are even carob treats for the dog. I will be in today for a spicy hot chocolate. Thank you Chocolate Lady!
