Last night, I was at the Bailey Aboretum in Locust Valley, NY doing a chocolate and wine tasting. Five chocolates paired with 5 of my favorite wines from Testa Wines of the World, Oyster Bay, NY.  Thanks Laurie Maniantis for another great  event. Wine and chocolate are so perfect, fermented friends. Meant for each other--kindred souls. The depth of flavor profiles, mouth feels and and varietales of both chocolate and wine never seem to expand my love for both of these gastonmic delights!

Since this is an election year I thought it be a good idea to vote for your favorite chocolate. White, milk or dark chocolate?

What an exciting week this was...Social media @ it's best with Constant Contacts get down to business. And who better got to do chocolates for the Senior Vice President of the company? ME!

I learned so much. Seriously, I'm not just a master chococlatier always on the lastest quest for chocolate yummies I am also a solopreneur-A job in- it- of -itself those of you on my frequency hear my plight! It's not easy, but I am implementing social media into Aunties "back in time" recipes and I think she would approve! After all she was a social starlight herself!.

SMORES RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

Place chocolate bar atop of graham crackers, add coconut then marshmallows on top. Place either under a broiler until blistering and bubbly golden brown OR In foil for a camp fire or fire pit OR in a microwave safe dish and have some fun with the microwave! ENJOY and Bon Apetite.

Do your life story with verizon FIOS1 photoid. You bring 10 photos and tell your life story they pay $100.00 bucks and your transportation expenses. What a fun way to live it out loud. By the way they are only doing NJ and LI residents (I don't make their rules)
