Chocolate Lady's Chocolate Bar

What an exciting week this was...Social media @ it's best with Constant Contacts get down to business. And who better got to do chocolates for the Senior Vice President of the company? ME!
I learned so much. Seriously, I'm not just a master chococlatier always on the lastest quest for chocolate yummies I am also a solopreneur-A job in- it- of -itself those of you on my frequency hear my plight! It's not easy, but I am implementing social media into Aunties "back in time" recipes and I think she would approve! After all she was a social starlight herself!.
New Products
They spew out of every square inch of the chocolate lady shop this weeks incredible inventions are my line of exquisite bark squares. perfect for that little gnawing angst you feel around 3:00 p.m.

Since this is an area I am taking and expending a lot of energy and investing into it I want to let you know that I am expanding our Wedding, events, Sweet 16, sweet15, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, birthday and Corporate function celebrations and bringing the "Thank you favor" to a whole new level. SMORES RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
Place chocolate bar atop of graham crackers, add coconut then marshmallows on top. Place either under a broiler until blistering and bubbly golden brown OR In foil for a camp fire or fire pit OR in a microwave safe dish and have some fun with the microwave! ENJOY and Bon Apetite.
Do your life story with verizon FIOS1 photoid. You bring 10 photos and tell your life story they pay $100.00 bucks and your transportation expenses. What a fun way to live it out loud. By the way they are only doing NJ and LI residents (I don't make their rules)

After hundreds of bunnies and tons of chocolate dipped matzoh and jelly slices flew off the shelves this spring season--The Chocolate Lady is making way for an exciting summer of products for 2011!. Can't spoil the surprise just yet but, wait and see...in the mean time The Chocolate Lady is getting ready for Cinco de Mayo! Yeah and with the new "Montezuma Chip" ready for it's big reveal she just can't wait! Focus group testers gave a big thumbs up to the new organic blue corn chip dipped in a semi-sweet (dark) chocolate dusted with grated unrefined cacao. Yummmmmy! So this May 5th swing in and see for yourself how good crunchy tastes.

I love making chocolate, and I love teaching people how to make chocolate. It is one of those life's mysterious things. It actually has a lot to do with chemistry & physics. So chocolate is science and there is a science to making chocolate. Interesting fact: Medicine is made from chocolate. It is a know lung medication- Cool huh!
